ZAGREB Croatian President Ivo Josipovic says he will pay an official visit to Serbia in October, when he will meet with his Serbian counterpart Tomislav Nikolic. The president of Croatia "will previously tour Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo," Tanjug reported. Josipovic to visit Serbia in October Josipovic told Croatian Nova TV that the concrete date of his visit to Belgrade is being discussed and voiced hope that he will come to Serbia in "the tenth month." "This is a very important trip, because after good cooperation and development of relations during President (Boris) Tadic we have to continue this trend. President Nikolic has shown good will. This meeting should be an incentive for numerous problems to be solved faster," the Croatian president said. Josipovic also pointed to the need and interest of his country to have good relations with its neighbors. He sees visit to Montenegro, announced for November, as a new chance for talks on a common problem related to the border, and Croatia also wants Macedonia to get a starting date for EU membership talks.
