As no charges were ever brought over those accusations and the family then moved abroad, the matter was never investigated, which is why the police will now establish whether the man's other two daughters have been victims of abuse. Before charges can be pressed, the 15-year-old victim will first have to undergo genetic analysis to establish that it was indeed her father that got her pregnant, writes the 24ur portal.
