All the members of the future ruling coalition in Slovenia have supported the proposal for Social Democrat leader Borut Pahor to be the new prime minister. This was confirmed by all party whips, except Slovenian Democratic Party leader Janez Jansa, after consultations with President Danilo Tuerk yesterday. Pahor set to be elected prime minister After the consultations, Tuerk stated that the name of the new prime minister could be announced as early as Monday.
