Previously, another Belgrade newspaper, Danas, calculated that Vucic's original 450-page exposé would have taken him 15 hours to read out in parliament.

Blic now writes that the beginning of the exposé will concern "solving problems from the past, growth of GDP and reducing deficit, and solving the status of state-owned enterprises during the mandate of the new government."

The second point addresses the issue of unemployment and investing in jobs, followed by "connecting Serbia to the world" by building corridors, ports, and railroads, and investing in energy and tourism.

Next, the document speaks about kick-starting agriculture, reforming all levels of education and introducing a dual education system, and about healthcare, the rule of law and fight against corruption, and supporting those most vulnerable through a more just welfare system.

The daily writes that a concept dubbed "the system in the service of the people" is something new - and it concerns allowing citizens to "complete their bureaucratic obligations without unnecessary forms and documentation."

The penultimate point concerns Serbia' security and fight against crime, while the last speaks about Serbia's path toward the EU.
