Patriarch: We must not sacrifice KiM for Europe
"The position of the Church is very clear and well known - we want Serbia to continue its EU pathway and in this respect it has our full support, but we must not renounce on Serbia's cradle, our people that live there, our holy sites. We must not sacrifice Kosovo for the sake of Europe, because it is invaluable," Patriarch Irinej said for Belgrade daily Kurir.He noted that the meeting was constructive and that the representatives of the government and the SPC have agreed to work together on all issues.
