Brammertz: Possible additions to indictment

Chief Hague Prosecutor Serge Brammertz said in on Croatia Thursday that the war crimes indictment against Ratko Mladic could be expanded. According to Brammertz, his office has presented the amended indictment to the judges. He is now waiting for Belgrade to finish its investigation and extradite Mladic before deciding whether to add to the indictment. Brammertz: Possible additions to indictment He hopes Mladic will arrive in The Hague as soon as possible so the trial could begin, Croatian news agency Hina reports. Brammertz says that two weeks ago he sent a negative report about Serbia's cooperation with the Hague Tribunbal, where he noted that Serbia could and had to do more.
