Unless this happens, the municipality which is operating according to the Serbian government system said, criminal charges would be filed against them. No agreement on offices in enclave Mayor of Strpce Zvonko Mihajlovic told Tanjug that Bratislav Nikolic – another Strpce mayor, elected in Pristina-organized elections and supported by the ethnic Albanian authorities, had been informed of the assembly's viewpoint. "Nikolic and his team have taken over the mayor and vice mayor offices illegally, and they must leave them, because that building was built by the Serbian government. It is not a facility belonging to Kosovo's institutions. Let them manage on their own if they are going to maintain a Pristina formed local administration," Mihajlovic noted. Nikolic told Tanjug that he is willing to cooperate with Mihajlovic's administration, adding that he “heard nothing about a demand to vacate the premises during their meeting on Monday”. "They mentioned no demands during the meeting. And even if they had, I am not sure what court they would file the charges to. I got over 4,500 votes in the elections and I see myself as the legitimate mayor of Strpce," Nikolic was quoted as saying. The Strpce assembly meets on Monday (Beta)
