Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic is in Spain, attending a meeting devoted to the future of the Western Balkans in the EU. Djelic met earlier with Catalan President Jose Montilla and the two men agreed to sign an international agreement next year envisaging increased investment by the region in Serbia.
