Serbia's trade deficit grows
Analysts predict the trade deficit, which currently stands at US$ 2.7bn (40.1 percent up compared to the same period last year), could reach US$ 8bn by the end of 2007.The main problem faced by Serbian trade is that export is dominated by low-processed commodities, raw materials and semi-finished products, while the bulk of import is comprised of consumer goods.
