Serbian wine sector to see better days

The signatories of the agreement are Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the Council for Agriculture and Economic Development of the government of the autonomous region of Spain La Rioja.

The project aims at the revitalization of the vineyard and wine sector in Serbia while strenghtening the economic ties between Serbia and Spain.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Danilo Gulobović will open the conference.

Spanish Ambassador to Serbia José Riera Siquier, La Rioja Regional Minister for Agriculture and Economic Development Francisco Javier Erro Urrutia, Head of the European Commission Delegation to Serbia Josep Lloveras and Head of the EAR office in Serbia Daniel Giuglaris, will also address the public and elaborate on the content of the project and its prospects.

The organizers of the event will set up the try-out of Serbian and Spanish wines following the press conference
