Kragujevac: First Fiat test car in late 2011

Reconstruction of the Fiat factory in Kragujevac will be completed in the first half of 2011, Fiat automobili Srbija Director Giovanni de Filippis said Sunday. He added that the first test car for the new Fiat model would be produced by the end of next year. Kragujevac: First Fiat test car in late 2011 de Filippis told Tanjug that the test car for the new model, which would be available as a five- and seven-seater, would come off the line by the end of 2011, while serial production would start in 2012. “This completely new model will be produced only in Kragujevac, similar to what Fiat did earlier with another model in Poland,” he said. He pointed out that the new model, whose working name is L zero, would be exported to the world market and suited to all needs of the consumers.
