Greek pharmaceutical company Alapis has applied for buying documentation for Galenika’s acquisition, a statement from the company said. “Greek pharmaceutical company Alapis SA submitted all the documents requested as a proof of its interest to participate in indicative bids submission phase in acquisition of Galenika”, Senior Alapis Director and General Director of Sumadijalek John Georgakopoulos stated on Monday.
