Vučić: They were never against Serbia; Ndayishimiye: We will support your territorial integrity PHOTO
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić and President of Republic of Burundi Évariste Ndayishimiye, who's visiting Serbia till March 14, addressed public saying that relationship between the two countries has always been friendly and that cooperation will deepen.
"Dear friend, thank you very much for coming to visit Serbia. We perceive Burundi as a truly friendly country. In terms of territorial integrity, they supported Serbia. Burundi has finally embarked on socio-economic development. We agreed today to increase the number of scholarship holders who will come to Belgrade from Burundi. We also discussed cooperation in the field of agriculture. They have huge mineral resources. They have preserved the position of their country and decide on their own resources. We also discussed military-economic cooperation," Vučić said.
"It is very important for us to show something called morality in politics. They have never participated in any initiative against Serbia. We will always appreciate that. I wish you a pleasant stay in Belgrade," said Vučić.

"Dear brother Aleksandar, I am addressing you with great pleasure. The visit came after the gracious invitation of Aleksandar Vučić. I want to express my gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality. The bonds of friendship were established in 1962. We see that our friendly and brotherly ties will only continue. We talked about the current state of our bilateral cooperation. We have found ways to improve our cooperation. Numerous memorandums will improve cooperation. there are many opportunities for business. We will achieve our common visions together with the Serbian people. We will continue to support the territorial integrity of Serbia in the future," said the president of Burundi.
"Our common position is that all conflicts can be resolved peacefully. I had the pleasure of inviting the President of Serbia to visit Burundi. This visit paves the way for even more successful partnerships, for the benefit of both peoples," said Ndayishimiye.
