Serb inmates attacked, seriously injured in Bosnia jail

The website vijesti.ba is reporting that the victims were brothers Nenad and Predrag Bajic and Sinisa Babic, and that they sustained head injuries that not life-threatening. All three have received medical help in the Cantonal Hospital in Zenica.

The website said it learned unofficially that "some of the attackers" are members of the radical Muslim Salafi movement, and that the attack, that took place on Orthodox Easter, was ethnically motivated.

The prison's authorities have since put the attackers in solitary confinement.
