18 years since murder of Serbs in Bosnian village
Memorial services were held today in the village of Bradina near Konjic, Bosnia, to mark the 18th anniversary of the killing of Serb civilians.

Memorial services were held today in the village of Bradina near Konjic, Bosnia, to mark the 18th anniversary of the killing of Serb civilians. On May 25, 1992 ,Muslim-Croatian forces killed 48 Serb villagers, while the local Orthodox church and the village itself were burned to the ground. 18 years since murder of Serbs in Bosnian village Former residents of the village, representatives of the Bosnian Serb entity, the Republic of Srpska (RS) government ,and Serb representatives in the joint authorities of Bosnia-Herzegovina attended the commemoration. The church, which has been reconstructed, was consecrated in Bradina today, where SPC Bishop of Zahumlje and Herzegovina Grigorije served holy liturgy. About 50 Serb families lived in the village before the 1992-95 war, but none of them have returned to their homes. The perpetrators of the Bradina killings have not been brought to justice.
