The government announced this after the meeting in Belgrade on Wednesday, adding that Brnabic said her cabinet would "logistically support the dialogue, initiated by President of the Republic Aleksandar Vucic."

She announced the formation of "a joint working group with the president's cabinet, which will organize roundtables throughout Serbia to hear the opinion of as many citizens as possible" - to which Bjornstad reacted by pointing out that his country "will support all constructive proposals."

The two officials also discussed the announced visit of the secretary general of the Nordic Council of Ministers to Serbia in the second week of October, during which a conference on regional cooperation will be held in Belgrade.

Brnabic and Bjornstad "shared the common view that the conference is a good place to get information first hand about how Nordic countries work and how much this principle can be applied to the Western Balkan region."

The officials also discussed the plans for the conference on cyber security and e-government, which should be held in November, and enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the field of culture, the opening of the renovated building of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, and the visit of Brnabic to Oslo in late October.
