NATO cannot go to war against Russia because not all NATO countries are going to agree. Which ones are going to fight? Poland?
Also, NATO cannot fight Russia because Russia hasn't attacked a NATO country.
US, England and Poland cannot go it alone. Russia has proven it can launch missiles and their defence systems are not capable of defending.
So all talk, but in case they are crazy enough to do it, nobody is going to win.

If the US gets involved and goes on a military adventure by itself then NATO's art.5 does not apply. If NATO as an organization gets involved then Europe will be destroyed.
