No!!! I was visiting Serbia, Macedonia and your Kosova many times. And Montenegro, Bosnia and Albania once. That's Balkan, not Ballkan.
Even in poorest village people had the "caps lock" on their keyboard and it was always off!
So friendly and amazing.
I never visited the Republic of Caps-Lockia, it is not on the map somehow. How you got there? Is it really on Ballkan, with two "ll"-s?

A college loan is never a good deal, but still not the worst one.
Here is an example of something much worse than that.
- Buy a truckload of sour grapes from Miskovic who anytime may disappear in Paraguay
- Buy a Gorenje refrigerator just to discover, it is made in Serbia
- Put your own sausage in refrigerator and complain on B92, it does not fit in.
- Discover on the border, you have to pay 100% tax on sour grapes, truck, Gorenje and even your own sausage
That's what apparently happened in last few days based on the comments I see.
