Electoral lists submission deadline to expire on Friday

The deadline for submitting lists for the participation at the May 6 parliamentary elections in Serbia expires at midnight Friday. The Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) has approved a total of 14 electoral lists so far. The state electoral commission has set April 20 as the deadline for closing the electoral roll and determining the total number of registered voters. The information should be delivered to the commission on the following day and immediately published in the Official Gazette. A total of 8,585 polling stations will open for the coming elections, including 37 abroad and 29 in prisons.
