A number of donors have joined forces and raised funds for the acquisition of a new incubator in B92 Fund's “Battle for the Babies” humanitarian campaign.

SUBOTICA A number of donors have joined forces and raised funds for the acquisition of a new incubator in B92 Fund's “Battle for the Babies” humanitarian campaign. The donors include the Rotary Club Subotica, the Rotary Club Palic, JCI Subotica, "Know How", Dragan Kovac, Dragan Petrekanic and others. Joint donation to northern Serbia hospital The incubator is intended for the Neonatology Unit of the General Hospital in Subotica. Representatives of the B92 Fund, together with the donors, had visited this institution and delivered the third incubator that was donated to the Subotica Hospital since the start of the campaign “Battle for the Babies”. Chief of Staff to the General Hospital, Dr. Goran Bicanin had thanked the donors on their contribution to creating better conditions for our youngest citizens, wishing them success in their future work. While touring Neonatology Unit in this hospital, coordinator of the campaign “Battle for Maternity Wards“, Ilir Gasii announced the continuous battle for the purchase of other medical equipment, deficient in this hospital. “As we could all witness while touring the hospital, for the undisturbed work of those courageous people that fight for the lives of the youngest on a daily basis, the following medical devices need to be obtained: neonatal ventilator, reanimation table, monitor for monitoring vital functions, lamps for phototherapy, pulse oximeter, aspirator, screening hearing device, injector, mobile RTG device and other associated equipment," Gasi stated, adding that he hopes that local companies will follow the example of this group of donors that joined their funds and thus helped Subotica hospital in obtaining an incubator.
