PODGORICA An explosive device planted under a car owned by a Podgorica-based journalists went off on Monday morning, the local police announced. The car, which was "completely destroyed," belonged to Uros Radulovic, a journalist with the Dnevne Novine daily. The explosion happened on the parking lot in front of a Blok 6 apartment building in Podgorica, where Radulovic lives.
