Republic of Srpska (RS) Prime Minister Milorad Dodik has condemned the annulment of the RS parliament’s conclusions by the high representative. He said that Valentin Inzko's decision regarding the RS parliament's conclusions on the effects of the powers transferred from the RS to Bosnia-Herzegovina was unacceptable, and that the conclusions are not unconstitutional and do not violate the Dayton Accord either. Dodik: Inzko move unacceptable “The implementation of the Bonn powers was absolutely unnecessary, and that is proven by the debate which was held in the name of the international community, and the way in which Sarajevo is putting pressure on the RS and showing dissatisfaction that the high representatives did not sack some people as well while using his Bonn powers. That speaks more on the relations within Bosnia-Herzegovina than about the high representative himself,” Dodik told daily Fokus. Dodik said that the high representative has been violating the Dayton Accord for many years, “which is seen through several important imposed laws, which the representative had no right to do”. “According to Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Accord, which we from the RS have signed, we did not allow the Office of the High Representative [OHR] to have the right to impose laws. According to that, every imposed law of the high representative is illegitimate,” Dodik said. The RS premier added that Inzko's move on Saturday "will be analyzed".
