Naser Oric, a former Bosnian Muslim army commander in the Srebrenica area, was arrested today, B92 has learned. Oric, who stood trial at the Hague Tribunal for crimes committed against local Serbs during the 1992-95 war in this eastern Bosnian region, was detained in the Sarajevo municipality of Ilidza. Naser Oric arrested in Sarajevo Unofficially, the charges against him and three others include racketeering. Police in Sarajevo confirmed today that they have four suspects in their custody, but are refusing to reveal the names. Unofficially, however, Damir Fazlic, described as "a controversial Sarajevo businessman", is among those detained. Media in Serbia last mentioned Fazlic as one of the helpers of Milorad Ulemek, a.k.a. Legija, in the wake of the murder of Zoran Djindjic in 2003.
