The gay parade in the Serbian capital is planned for a day later, Saturday, September 28.

The unit of the Bureau for Coordination of Security Services will meet at 16:00 CET tomorrow and decide whether the march will be held.

The chiefs of all security services and other relevant institutions will attend the meeting.

Organizers told a news conference on Thursday that they expected the Pride Parade to go ahead as planned, but said that a ban was still possible.

"Everything's ready. We've done our part of the job, we have agreed all the details with the police," Organizing Committee member Goran Miletić said, and stressed that "it would be very nice if a government representative were to say what kind of (security) assessment they had received."
