Serbian government postpones platform session

BELGRADE -- A session of the Serbian cabinet planned for Tuesday, that was to be attended by President Tomislav Nikolić, has been postponed for Wednesday.
The meeting will be dedicated to the platform for Kosovo and a parliament resolution on the same subject.
B92 learned today that two documents would be adopted on Wednesday.
One regards the text of the draft resolution that MPs are expected to approve on Friday, while the other will be a conclusion on the resumption of negotiations with Priština.
State news agency Tanjug is reporting that the final draft of the resolution was forwarded from the president's cabinet last night, and that it is still being worked on.
Tanjug learned that it is still uncertain whether the wording of the resolution will refer to the platform itself, or "avoid to formally mention it".
Also yet to be determined is whether the document will have accompanying explanations.
Despite earlier announcements that Nikolić and the cabinet would convene today, the session was never scheduled - and this happened "for technical reasons", according to reports.
