India's ambassador says New Delhi will back Serbia’s call at the UN to seek the ICJ’s view on Kosovo independence. "India abides by the principles of international law and does not recognize Kosovo's secession," said Ajay Swarup, who was visiting Jagodina on the invitation of Mayor Dragan Markovic Palma. The ambassador said that Serbia and India had no problems at political level, and that "I can assure you that it will stay like that."
