BELGRADE Aleksandar Vulin stated on Monday that Pristina is due to establish a new network of courts in north Kosovo by September 1 at the latest. This is one of the conditions for the integration of Serb judges in Kosovo's judiciary, said the director of the Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija. September "new deadline" for court network Vulin told Tanjug that this means that district courts have to be present in Serb-dominated communities, there should be an appellate court in Kosovska Mitrovica and this network should be monitored by an adequate network of prosecutors. “The state of Serbia has fulfilled its obligations. It is logical that Pristina is committed to the fulfillment of its obligations to make the integration process possible by September 1 at the latest, but there can be no integration process without the establishment of a new network of courts,” Vulin said. Asked what the consequences will be like if Pristina does not establish a new network of courts by the time, Vulin said that the courts will continue to function as until today and the people will not be left short of rights and justice. "The consequences will have to be considered by the international community," Vulin said. Tanjug
