Health Minister Tomica Milosavljevic underwent a back operation in Munich, his G17 plus party confirmed for B92. Milosavljevic went into the operating room on Thursday after consultations with German experts who said that an emergency operation was necessary. Health Minister undergoes back operation The Health Ministry told the Tanjug news agency that Milosavljevic traveled to Germany in his privately owned automobile. The Ministry explained that Milosavljevic had serious back and spine issues over the last several months without taking any days off from work. It adds that he was first treated at the Serbian Clinical Center and then placed in the Institute for Rheumatology after his situation drastically worsened. Milosavljevic was operated on at the renowned Grosshadern Medical Center in Munich.
