According to the Iraqi ministries of health, interior and defense, 855 civilians, 65 policemen and 44 soldiers have been killed during October. October was deadliest month in Iraq since 2008 As reported by AFP, 1,600 people have been injured - 1,455 civilians, 88 policemen and 67 soldiers. It was also announced that 33 militants have been killed, and 167 arrested. This is the largest number of victims since April 2008, when 1,073 people were killed.
