Six dead in three traffic accidents

Four persons died in a traffic accident that took place after midnight last night in the town of Sabac, reports said. There were two other victim from a crash on the Belgrade-Nis highway. Six dead in three traffic accidents Serbian police (MUP) in Sabac said that a Belgrade license-plates Yugo car, after failing to stop at a railroad crossing, got hit by a train engine. Four people in the car were killed. In the second accident, a Belgrade license-plates care skidded off the road to hit an iron post on the side of the highway. The impact set the vehicle on fire. One person in the car burned to death while another was seriously injured, reports said. Another person died in a crash in northern Kosovo, on the Leposavic-Socanica road, while four others were injured, when their van overturned several times.
