Ombudsman: Lack of justice still issue

He said that in several hundred of these cases, shortcomings of the state and local administrations were confirmed. He said that children, disabled persons, women and minorities are the most vulnerable groups of people in Serbia. “Recently, journalists who are investigating events related to crime have also found themselves in a difficult situation,” Jankovic said. He said that for the first time since he was named ombudsman, an analysis of the work of the Security Information Agency (BIA) will be performed in the coming month of January.
