The playwright and academic Dusan Kovacevic opened this year's 52nd International Belgrade Book Fair last night at the Belgrade Fair. The fair, which is expected to attract a record 150,000 visitors from home and abroad this year, is taking place in Halls 1 and 14, and will run until October 28. Belgrade book fair opens The topic of the this year’s fair is Dositej Obradovic, marking the anniversary of his arrival in Serbia, his contribution to advancing Serbian education, as well as the important role he played in Serbian/Italian cultural and literary relations.
