Zelen-Karadzic added she "could not understand how this was possible," given that he was using the same ID card "for a while" during his stay in Serbia and in Montenegro, "with no problems," according to her. Zelen-Karadzic also said her son registered a vehicle in Belgrade using the same identification document, adding he was in Serba with a permission issued by the Republic of Srpska MUP, "in order to have his child receive medical treatment."
