RS president says Bosnia is “failed experiment”

Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik said on Friday that Bosnia-Herzegovina had proven to be an unsuccessful experiment. He once again criticized the international community for “degrading the Dayton Peace Accords”. RS president says Bosnia is “failed experiment” At the ceremony marking two decades of the RS government, Dodik commended the solutions of the Dayton Peace Accords. “RS has brought not only its territory, but also its subjectivity to the Bosnia-Herzegovina Dayton project, and proved itself as a community which can accept and promote all differences, whereas nowadays, Bosnia-Herzegovina is proving itself as an unsuccessful experiment,” Dodik added. “All are welcome in the RS and it is proving itself as a community which can accept and acknowledge all differences, and promote them, and its chances lie in that,” the RS president stressed at the ceremony which took place on Thursday evening. Dodik noted that “in political terms, a more independent RS within Bosnia-Herzegovina can be our project, in which all should invest their efforts, without an intention to threaten anybody,” media in Banja Luka have reported.
