Haradinaj wants Vucic and Dacic to "apologize"

According to <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2017&mm=05&dd=12&nav_id=101263" class="text-link" target= "_blank">Ramush Haradinaj</a>, President Aleksandar Vucic and Acting PM Ivica Dacic "should apologize to Kosovo because of crimes committed during the war."

Haradinaj wants Vucic and Dacic to "apologize"

"I knew also their bosses (Slobodan) Milosevic and (Vojislav) Seselj. They are their students. They should stand before Albanians with their heads bowed down, considering what they did to them. Apologizing is the first this they should do," said Haradinaj.

He also announced that the agreement on the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) - reached during the EU-sponsored Belgrade-Pristina negotiations in Brussels would not be implemented, "because the Constitutional Court of Kosovo confirmed that this agreement was not in the spirit of the Constitution."

"After the Constitutional Court's decision we should be disciplined and implement the Constitution. Our Constitution envisages the possibility of organizing associations that can be only coordinative organs, but not organs that can make decisions and have executive powers," said Haradinaj.

He added that Pristina "will not barter with ZSO's powers in exchange for creating the Kosovo army."

"The logic that has been in place thus far is finished. A new policy of ruling will begin in Kosovo, we will not be anyone's hostages," said Haradinaj.
