Court to assess constitutionality of Kosovo privatizations

BELGRADE The Serbian government's Office for Kosovo has filed a request for review of constitutionality of privatizations throughout Kosovo. The request was submitted to the Constitutional Court of Serbia, the office has published on its website. Office for Kosovo Director Aleksandar Vulin told last week Frankfurt-based Serbian language daily Vesti that the office would renew the request for review of constitutionality of privatizations in Kosovo. “You cannot buy something that was stolen. It has to be determined first to whom it belongs and only after it has been determined we can think about privatizations.
