It's about time for Serbia to initiate the process which will eventually result in a legal process against k-albanians who stole Serbian property and then sold it on for profit. People on the street go to jail for this type of crime, so should everyone in k-albanian government who participated in this theft.

Last time I checked, Benny, KiM was still recognized as a part of Serbia. I don't think that resolution 1244 changed the status of Serbia's Southern province. Because, Benny, if KiM truly was an independent Albanian nation, we would be having this debate, would we? Just keep playing dumb, like your Crime Minister, until your support leaves one day, and then what?
(ecoman, 22 August 2012 14:35)
However, you have to agree that 1244 is in force and Serbia has no judiciary control over Kosovo, or you have to agree 1244 is not in force.
Plus it is doubtful Kosovo support will leave until there are guarantees that you no longer pose a threat to the people of Kosovo.

"“You cannot buy something that was stolen. It has to be determined first to whom it belongs and only after it has been determined we can think about privatizations. Privatizations in Kosovo were done mono-ethnically and Serbs did not take part in them and it is simply unsustainable,” Vulin pointed out."

I'm surprised that Vulin does not know that international law has already settled the question of "whom it belongs".

"All socially owned interests in property and enterprises in Kosovo shall be owned by Kosovo" says Kosovo's Constitution, which is in accordance with Kosovo's Declaration of Independence, which is in accordance with international law.

But if he still has any doubts, he is free to go again to the ICJ - he can ask Vuk for some advice in regards to that LOL

Yes. When the West decides not to fight your battles you tend to lose miserably.

-You lost in Presevo because the West said no to helping you there.

-You lost in Macedonia because the West would not physically take your side there either.

-You lost last July in Mitrovica when you tried to forcefully occupy Northern Kosovo and were met with an embarrassing defeat at the hands of the local Serbian population.

So keep that in mind. It wasn't the state of Serbia, it wasn't people who were even really supported by the state of Serbia. No it was just local Serbs who said hell no to you bringing that s*** to the only part of Kosovo i Metohija that is still liberated. You were met with a defeat and went home with one less terrorist.

Moral of the story......when the West does not physically back you in regional conflicts (usually with Serbs) you tend to lose, and lose bad.

This must come from the depths of desperation ... what else is left there for Serbia to do, but ask it's own court.
I guess no more courage left to go ask ICJ this time.

Have fun Mr. 1244 lover:
The PAK is established as the successor of the Kosovo Trust Agency regulated by UNMIK Regulation 2002/12 “on the establishment of the Kosovo Trust Agency”, as amended, and all assets and liabilities of the latter shall be assets and liabilities of the PAK.

regardless of what your constitution says or amended to say everything which is in Kosovo belongs to Kosovo regardless of ethnicity. this is the truth.

That's not the way the world works. That is Serbian property and it will be returned to them legally. There's nothing you or your friends can do about it legally. Of course, many of your peers prefer to run outside legal circles

These privatizations (to the very corrupt bastards that helped temporarily occupy Kosovo i Metohija) are a joke. Now Albright, Wesley Clark and several random European officials who were active in the 90's in spreading lies about Serbs want to return and take for free what is owed to them.

Serbia must do everything to stop this. I would blow up these facilities if necessary. Nothing should be left off the table you cannot privatize Serbian land without the consent of Serbia.

Whatever it takes. Because as I have said before, Kosovo i Metohija is a matter of life and death. If we don't liberate Kosovo i Metohija we give an open invitation for further dismemberment and what is left of rump Serbia would be directly occupied by her enemies.

I said watch out man in black is the player now :)

he as many other "smart" serbian politicians will:

- he firstly writes the constitution without asking the people whose kife that constitution should affect moreover in the middle of the negotiations sponsored by UN
- then he ask his own court an opinion about someone's else country
- his court will have to base the judgment on the constitution he freely wrote himself without asking anyone

now tell me what is the likelihood that the judgment of the court will not be satisfactory for the man in black??

anyhow, remember all uber-Serbians that take office they start it with courts and law- then they fail miserably - remember ICJ :)
