Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič will be in Novi Sad during the second day of his visit to Serbia.

Slovak President Ivan Gasparovic will be in Novi Sad during the second day of his visit to Serbia. He was greeted by the President of the Vojvodina Executive Council Bojan Pajtic, after which they held a half-hour meeting behind closed doors. Slovak President visits Novi Sad Gasparovic will also meet with officials of the Evangelical Church in Serbia, which a majority of Slovak citizens belong to. Gasparovic will be meeting with his Serbian counterpart Boris Tadic and paying a visit to the Petrovaradin Fortress, after which a cocktail reception will be held in his honor at the Executive Council building. It is expected that Tadic, Gasparovic and Pajtic will give statements to the media after the reception.
