A Serb couple in their 70s has been attacked by armed persons in their home near the town of Pec. The armed attackers, which have not been identified in reports, invaded their house in the village of Brestovik, in Metohija. Elderly Serb couple assaulted in Kosovo The incident happened early on Thursday. According to reports, they suffered head injuries. The victims have been named as 75-year-old Krsto Dzavric and his 70-year-old wife, Stana Dzavric. They are currently receiving treatment in a hospital in northern Kosovska Mitrovica. The family was driven out of their home but returned to their village five years ago. There are some 40 Serbs living in Brestovik.

They are currently receiving treatment in a hospital in northern Kosovska Mitrovica.
The family was driven out of their home but returned to their village five years ago.
There are some 40 Serbs living in Brestovik.
