Justice Minister Snezana Malovic said today that sentencing policy in Serbia needed to be more effective and that it was a task for the whole of society. “The facts suggest we need to work more effectively. That doesn’t just mean changes to the work of courts and prosecutions, but also the police, media and society as a whole,“ said Malovic.
