A Kosovo police, KPS, spokesman says groups of Albanian and Serb teenagers clashed on two occasions in Kosovska Mitrovica Friday. Besim Hoti told B92 that the dispute and then the fight came over a sports court in the divided town. "Teenagers clash in K. Mitrovica" "The incident was stopped by UNMIK and KPS, only to repeat later. Both sides pelted stones. UNMIK police was forced to remain at the site all night to prevent further clashes," Hoti said. "There were no injuries during the incident. We will seek agreement with UNDP over who will be able to use the court," the spokesman said. Earlier, Kosovo and Metohija Coordinating Center said that a group of ethnic Albanians from Suvi Do and southern Kosovska Mitrovica attacked a group of Serb boys in the northern part of the town. The Center also said that some 60 Albanians threw stones at the Serb youths located north of the Ibar River.
