Contract for construction of bridge across Sava River

The public company Putevi Srbije (Roads of Serbia) and an Austrian consortium have singed a contract to build a second bridge across the Sava near Ostruznica.

Contract for construction of bridge across Sava River

The total value of the contract is RSD 3.57 billion, excluding VAT, and the project is to be completed within 26 months from the date of signing.

The bridge will be built as part of the second phase of construction of the E-70/E-75 section between the Dobanovci and Orlovaca loops.

The consortium, made up of JV Strabag AG - Ed. Zublin AG - Dywidag Bau Gmbh - PZP Zajecar, made the best offer and won the international tender for the project, Putevi Srbije said in a release.

The project also provides for the construction of the left lane of the highway behind the bridge in the Ostruznica loop area in the length of 1,000m and integration of two ramps
