The number of tourists visiting Serbia in the first six months of 2010 is eight percent less than in the same period last year. The number of nights spent in Serbia has also decreased by 15 percent compared to the first six months of 2009. Belgrade was visited by 170,000 foreigners and more than 86,000 domestic tourists, which is a two percent drop compared to last year. The largest number of foreign tourists came from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovenia, Montenegro and Croatia, followed by Germany, Italy, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Austria and Greece.
