Energy Observer has received unconfirmed reports that new NIS CEO Kiril Kravchenko has started ringing changes within the company. According to the website’s source, Kravchenko has replaced three deputy directors at NIS Petrol, in charge of investments and foreign and domestic purchasing. New NIS boss already wielding axe? Kravchenko also visited the Pancevo refinery, where he was most interested in how much land the refinery owned and had at its disposal.
