The NIS director-general and management board chairman will be named Thursday, a report says. Energyobserver website, which specializes in the energy sector, quoting what it said were unofficial government sources, said that the Serbian oil monopoly's top executives will come from the ranks of the Democratic Party (DS). Report: Top NIS executives to be named Thursday Earlier, the ruling coalition of four parties distributed among themselves lucrative top posts in Serbia's public enterprises. The website names Milos Saramandic and Aleksandar Cirilovic as the two soon to be appointed NIS executives. Saramandic, reportedly the director-general candidate, is described as “top expert on natural gas," who has already held leadership positions in Srbijagas. Cirilovic, likely to become chairman of the management board, presently chairs the party Energy Committee.

Earlier, the ruling coalition of four parties distributed among themselves lucrative top posts in Serbia's public enterprises.The website names Miloš Saramandić and Aleksandar Ćirilović as the two soon to be appointed NIS executives.
Saramandić, reportedly the director-general candidate, is described as “top expert on natural gas," who has already held leadership positions in Srbijagas.
Ćirilović, likely to become chairman of the management board, presently chairs the party Energy Committee.
