The Office for Kosovo and Metohija urgently announced: This is torture

As stated in their announcement, the arrest of Uroš V. from Leposavic, which happened this morning, is a continuation of the torture of Albin Kurti, who uses all means to provoke a conflict with the peaceful Serbian people.

"Uroš V. was arrested when he went to work early this morning, and he was arrested by members of Kurti's Kosovo Police in civilian clothes, one of whom was even driving a vehicle with KM plates," the statement stated.

Office for Kosovo and Metohija emphasizes that it is not about any criminal, but a 28-year-old guy who peacefully went to work, knowing that he was not guilty of anything.

"Kurti without any evidence, despite the facts that deny him, arrests Serbs every day, while the international community turns its head to the other side and pretends not to see the violations of all basic rights of Serbs, Kurti's daily mistreatment, physical, legal and institutional violence against our people", says the statement. The Office for Kosovo and Metohija asks if anywhere in the democratic western world it is possible to arrest anyone on political orders, without evidence, and how is it possible that the evidence daily denies minister of internal affairs, Xhelal Sveçla and Albin Kurti, and they continue their attacks on Serbs?

"International community must urgently come to its senses and stand in the way of Pristina's unreasonable moves, because peace in Kosovo and Metohija can only be maintained with the superhuman efforts of the Serbs from the north of Kosovo and Metohija, who patiently endured Kurti's torture for two years," announced the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
