The mother of the suspect in Danka's murder refused to testify

She has that right as the next of kin of the suspects.

"Witness S.D. is a privileged witness in relation to R.D., who is her husband and her son D.D. She used her right not to testify," said lawyer Nebojsa Živanović.

Let us remind you, S.J. (50) from Luka and D.D. (50) from Zlot, suspects for the serious murder of two-year-old Danka Ilić from Bor, whose body has been continuously searched for 12 days, and as we unofficially learn, they should soon be sent for a psychiatric checkup.

"According to the decision of the judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Higher Court in Zaječar, the custody of the suspects expires on May 3. They will be sent for a psychiatric examination, as soon as the conditions are met," the Zaječar Higher Public Prosecutor's Office states.
