Serbian Parliament: MPs continued a joint debate on 40 items on the agenda
Members of the Serbian Parliament continued today the second regular session of the spring sitting with a joint general debate on all 40 items on the agenda.
The session is attended by 114 MPs. The agenda includes a set of trade-related laws, among them the Draft Law on Consumer Protection, the Draft Amendments to the Law on Trade, and the Draft Law on Trading Practices for Certain Types of Products.
Also before the MPs is the Draft Law on Establishing and Operating the System for Cohesion Policy Management, the Draft Law on Prevention and Suppression of Human Trafficking and Protection of Victims, as well as amendments to the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods.
The agenda further includes amendments to the Law on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, amendments to the Law on Customs Service, and amendments to the Law on Investigation of Accidents in Air, Rail, and Water Transport. MPs are also considering several decisions in the field of culture, as well as a draft decision amending the Decision on the Use of the Serbian Armed Forces and other defense forces in multinational operations outside Serbia’s borders, and the Draft Strategy for Managing Mineral and Other Geological Resources of Serbia until 2040, with projections until 2050.
The agenda also includes several draft laws on the ratification of interstate agreements and treaties, as well as multiple draft decisions concerning the composition of the working bodies of the National Assembly.
