Brnabić: The session of the Assembly where the government will be elected could start on Monday
Speaker of the Assembly of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, said today that she hopes that the session of the Parliament, where the new Government of Serbia will be elected, will be able to start on Monday.
"I hope that we will be able to start working already on Monday, because we have to finish that work by April 18 at midnight. Again, it is not right to work on Good Friday or Easter," she told RTS's Jutarnji dnevnik.
She stated that all this means that the names of the ministers will be known already on Monday and added that she is in constant contact with the Prime Minister-designate Djuro Macut and that he is working hard, as well as that the names of the ministers and PM-designate's report will be received in time.
"He is working really hard on it and it already shows extraordinary seriousness, and I think that is also good news for Serbia. He is a man of dialogue, and now is the time for dialogue. The time of terror of the minority over the majority is over," she said.
