"In January 2021, Marko and Veljko went to Zvicer on the occasion of the birth of his child. Having received information from the Montenegrin services under the control of the Kavač clan that their murder was being planned, they appeared at the airport as live bait, in order to arrest some members of the Skaljari clan", he said and added:

"While they were staying there, and even afterwards, they enthusiastically spoke about how they were driven in armed convoys, how part of the secret service was behind them, how it should be established here in Serbia as well".

"Zvicer provided around five million euros and ballistic assistance to the part of those services that are for the overthrow of political structures here in Serbia, to bring in someone suitable, who would work in the interest of the clan," says Lalić and adds:

"For this purpose, some actions were already implemented through social measures, the writing of slogans. They saw the biggest obstacle in the president. It was agreed that the first major protests would be accompanied by major riots, all with the aim of putting pressure on the ruling structure. There were words about assassination of the president. There was talk of placing explosive devices in public areas".
